Here's how our wine company unconditionally guarantees you that you will be happy with all the products that we sell. When you receive your order, you have one week to taste the wine or use the accessories. If after your first glass of wine you are not fully satisfied with the product, price, or with our service, for any reason, then just contact us at email@example.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided. Properly seal the remaining bottle of wine or properly repack your accessory, place this RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. A full credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges, will be issued upon us receiving the returned items. We are the only online wine company that will take back the wine after you have tasted your first glass. That's how confident we are of the products, their accurate descriptions, the low discount prices and our service.
If you receive wines and/or accessories that were damaged during shipment, immediately contact UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (depending on the carrier company who delivered the box) and report it. After reporting the damage to the carrier contact us . We will promptly replace the shipment free of any charges to you.
