SHIPPING WINES - SHIPPING WINE ACCESSORIES

Wine and wine accesories ordered will be processed and shipped to you within 24 hours after Wine Surprise receives the order and processes the payment (weekdays only, excludes weekends and holidays).

All wines are sold in the state of Florida, and title passes to the buyer in Florida. Wine Surprise makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize Wine Surprise to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship and deliver your wines and accessories. Shipping of wine accessories can be to all states and to all countries. Due to state laws in certain states, shipping of wines that contain alcohol is prohibited to Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah. This is subject to change based on changes to state laws. As a result of these laws, Wine Surprise is unable to ship wines to those select states or to act on your behalf in shipping wines to those states.

Our fulfillment company handles the shipping and delivery of wine orders. The shipment will be delivered in all states where it is legal for an adult to purchase wine from another state. The order will be shipped to you through UPS or USPS Priority Mail. An adult signature is required for orders that include wines. If your order is only for wine accessories, it will be shipped without requiring an adult signature. Shipments to Post Office Boxes, Military FPO addresses, U.S. Government Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Standard ground shipping charges will apply.

Unless otherwise requested, wines are sent by Ground Service, except where 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air is requested. This way you can enjoy wines anywhere in the USA where it is legal for an adult to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Legal Age:

You must be twenty-one years of age to purchase wine from Wine Surprise. In submitting your order, you represent that you are at least twenty-one years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least twenty-one years old . An adult signature is required for the receipt of all orders placed with Wine Surprise that include wines.

Packaging:

Wine Surprise wants to do its part for our environment, so when possible Wine Surprise uses recycled corrugated cardboards as shipping containers, with preformed Styrofoam inserts when required. For the optimal utilization of resources, orders for case quantities are recommended. There is no limit as to how many wine bottles you can order.

Charges:

Case quantities bring you the maximum quantity discount:

  • Our low shipping Charges for wines are $8.95 for the 1st bottle and $2 for each additional bottle.
  • Our low shipping Charges for accessories are $5.95 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional item.

Total Charges, including Shipping charges, will appear on your Shopping Cart prior to checkout.

Transit Time (Average) for Delivery of Your Order:

  • For Florida: 1 to 2 days
  • For Most Southern States: 2 to 3 days
  • For East Coast States: 3 to 4 days
  • For Mid West States: 3 to 5 days
  • For Western States: 5 to 7 days

After Placing An Order, You Will Receive:

  • An order confirmation
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number which allows you to follow the progression of your shipment through the tracking System at UPS.com or through the Wine Surprise website.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You can track your wine and wine accessory order by clicking on the ORDER STATUS button on the website and entering the web order number that you received in the email that confirmed your order. You can track your wine and wine accessory shipment sent through UPS by entering the tracking number that you received in the email that confirmed your was shipped to you. If you do not have a tracking number, please email us at sales@winesurprise.com and provide your name, address, order number and items ordered. We will respond shortly thereafter with an email containing the tracking number. You can also check your Account Status, which will have your purchase history and the tracking number of your shipment. You will need your Web Order OR Customer Number and either the Sold To Zipcode, Phone Number, or Email Address. The web order number will be emailed to you when you place your order.
